INTERMEDIATE PROGRAM

After completing the Beginner's Program, you can advance to our Intermediate Program, which focuses on refining your technical skills, enhancing conditioning, and perfecting technique. This program also integrates strategy and sparring into your training sessions. It spans at least 1.5 years and requires a minimum of 150 training hours to complete.
