BEGINNER'S PROGRAM
Our beginner classes are focused on teaching and mastering the fundamentals of boxing through technical training. We also emphasize physical conditioning to enhance your strength, endurance, agility, and overall fitness, helping you perform at your best.
This program includes 80 hours of training, which must be completed within 7 months. Upon completion, you'll undergo an evaluation to ensure you have mastered the essential technical and tactical skills of boxing.
